Perfect location, close to restaurants, convenience store and MRT station. The room is neat and clean, and the infinity pool is amazing.
Self checkin process was smooth, the staff was helpful via WhatsApp. Just read the check-in procedure and you may communicate before your arrival to KL. Everything was nice and smooth for me.
No room services and replenishment of bottle water, but I’m perfectly fine with that.
Little hiccups during my stay and the staff was helpful to fix it. Will stay again.
