Great location and good last minute deal with credit card payment as otherwise everyone was after a cash payment.

Since it was booked last minute (on the morning of a stay) the communication with the landlord wasn't really easy...no response until I called an hour before 3pm check in...was instructed to contact his facilities manager and he has given us the wrong apartment and it seemed they couldn't find the one I have booked (two bedroom apartment) so we were sent around the huge apartment building to their apartments but none was the one booked...we have settled on a two joint apartments with the same main door so at the end it was sorted but it took over an hour to get the apartment.

The air-conditioning units need maintenance, especially at the Master Bedroom and the Living Room. The air was not cool enough. The sink at the bathroom was blocked, but after reporting, the manager managed get a plumber to fix it. Management need to look into the possibility of car parking facility, because the Car Park at Axon Building was expensive for one night, not to mention if someone staying more than one night.

The location was really favourable..within minutes to popular malls like Lot 10 and walking distance to popular malls like Pavilion and Farenheit.The view outside the apartment is fantastic!

The staff that was handling the booking. No communication after payment, not replying to our messages and phone calls when we inquired about checking in time and how to check in. We were ghosted after payment for few days till about noon 3 hours before the official check in time. We were even told that we don't have a room and until the staff realized that he had mistaken the name of our accommodation booked despite giving him the booking number repeatedly. It was an unpleasant experience liaising with the staff as he was not responsive. We were then referred to another staff member who helped us check in later on at the apartment. He was helpful and the check in process was a breeze. We were very thankful to him.
