The owner help us to bring the luggage up to the apartment, it was the best. TQ for being so nice. The facilities are all functional.
The management of the taragon bintang. The guard is really rude to us. Imagine driving for 6 hours to arrive there and getting yelled at when we asked nicely about the stay. We're not from KL so obviously we don't know how the system there. They can at least speak to us properly.
The automatic gate system was somehow broken need to reverse the car again and again to get it functional.
