    Very disappointed with our stay at this residential suite. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below our expectations and definitely not worth the money we paid. The most serious issue was the large number of cockroaches in the suite. We encountered cockroaches inside the room, which was extremely unpleasant and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay. This is a major hygiene and maintenance concern and should not be an issue in any accommodation. The bedsheets were also torn and appeared old and poorly maintained. Considering the price we paid, we expected the basic bedding and furnishings to be clean and in good condition. Another major issue was the very strong mothball smell throughout the suite. The chemical odour was extremely noticeable and unpleasant. It made the room uncomfortable to stay in and gave us the impression that the suite had not been properly aired out or maintained before our arrival. Overall, the condition of the suite was very disappointing. The combination of cockroaches, torn bedsheets, strong mothball odour and poor overall maintenance made the stay an unpleasant experience. We understand that this is a residential suite and not a hotel, but basic cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance should still be expected, especially when guests are paying a considerable amount for the accommodation. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the pest control, bedding quality, ventilation, odour and general cleanliness of the suite. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this place. It was simply not worth the money.

    The room is Nice Location excellent. Only the room kitchen area have many mini Roaches crawling around. Most important is The Mattress already sinked and spring are not working. Very uncomfortable bed to sleep. It's time to upgrade with New Mattress.

    Probably a third party room . Not sure. The checkin was so shady, one man meets us in the parking lot, gives us the keys to the room amd asks for 100myr deposit. The room was big and spacious but the interiors were in deplorable condition. The room divider alwas hanging on for its dear life from the fixture, the lamp shades were stuck in place using masking tape, there was some kind of a gooey thing stuck in the bath tub, infixed cabinet doors were shoved into a corner! Horrible experience
