Stone suites one bukit ceylon klcc

Our stay was absolutely fantastic and everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable—nestled in Bukit Ceylon, within easy reach of Bukit Bintang, Pavilion, and the train station, with plenty of bars and restaurants right nearby. The room was super clean, beautifully set up, and offered an amazing city view. On top of that, their hospitality and customer service were exceptional. Highly recommended!

The location is in the next street to bars and restaurants. A short walk to the town which was busy and bustling - a great place for shopping . The apartment is inside the Ramada building. The staff were very responsive to any questions or requests via WhatsApp. The swimming pool area was always quiet and quite peaceful and the gym was bright and clean and there is a laundry. The room had a kettle and washing machine and fridge .

The room is very basic and poorly maintained. Although it was clean, the cleaner of course cleaned it properly, it hasn’t been maintained such as mouldy grout in bathroom, shower and sink and walls painted in some areas and not all the wall. Washing up sponge black and dirty, the mat dirty and old, old broken picture frames on wall and a shower head that you had to hold up! I’d say this is a budget option choice and we were disappointed if I be honest to the room. Room had a funny smell and perhaps the washing machine and people trying to dry clothes without a maiden to dry them on and you can’t use the balcony. WiFi was very poor and we had to use 5g instead as it hardly connected for the days we stayed.
