The facilities. Everything is in the room.
The owner has to indicate which letter box. Because there is 2 letter box. And to enter you need a pass.

I like that the room is connected, so that we do not have to separate. There's a smart TV, so I took the opportunity to log in to my account and play music and watch Netflix with my friends. There's a washing machine that can also dry wet clothes. Everything is nice for small groups.
Well, I don't like that I still need a card to go to the pools but it's okay people's place so I need to follow the instructions.

Лифт на карточках, и всего один экземпляр, когда отдыхаешь с семьей нужно хотя бы 2 штуки, а так сидели и зависели друг от друга

The room was clean with a nice view. Good warm shower.
The check in was very chaotic as the instructions are not clear enough. Apparently you have to contact the owner and find the security guard at arrival to help you into the mailroom. This mailroom is impossible to find and you cannot get in yourself,
Also there was no drinking water in the appartement.
The contactperson could not answer simple questions as ‘where is the nearest supermarket’
