Should provide with house keeping services, don't mind to pay alittle bit more n in the pantry the cups plates n sources is not enough. It was 3x of us but you only provide for 2x. I did request for another one but the management said they cannot provide more then that.

Well, my comment is that, when I walk in the apartment the room was a bit smelly also the toilet. So what I did was I buy air freshner for the room n for the toilet. Even the TV socket in the bedroom was not plug in n the Tv remote control have no battery, I need to buy. Other than that it was Ok. Ang the day I wanting to bring my laugages down, I requested for the management staff to help me to bring down they said that they are coming but it never happen. Because at that time I have a few laugages 2x boxes n also 3x cabin bags. I was waiting n waiting they never come at the end I n my wife bring down ourself. But when I told them I want to extend for half a day, they come to collect the money within few minutes, it was very very fast. Please take good care of your guest n customers, they are the one who will recommend to others. Overall its' not bad but you can improved n do better in the near future, don't just think of making money but survey what you can improve to make your Guest happy n worth for what we pax for. TQ.
