Self-check-in: communication with the host was very easy and straightforward via WhatsApp. The property is located in a hotel building by Ramada. The area has a nearby convenience store and plenty of bars and restaurants.
A few kitchen items need a total upgrade. I even replaced the sponge used to clean the utensils.

Only the location was great advantage
Almost everything in the house was broken. The airconditioning doesn’t have controller. Airconditioning worked only at one speed and I had to turn it on and off when it gets too cold or too warm. It was quiet a hassle. Bathroom was dirty. Showers were broken. The bedding was very dirty seems like it was used for many times but never changed
