Walkable location with convenience stores and restaurants close. Nice pool
I think the deposit demand is unreasonable. Nothing of value in the place. At checkout the guy seemed confused about owing my deposit back until I showed him the signed receipt. Then he had to leave and come back several minutes later with my money. Seems like a scam. 7 weeks of travel and I have not needed to give a deposit anywhere and most of the other places were nicer. It's not the cleanest place and it's unbelievable how the annoying noise at the bars at street level carries up 21 floors. The absolute worst was the awful moth ball smell. I couldn't get it aired out even leaving the balcony door open.
