    Good location. The place is nice but a bit run down. They gave one parking with deposit rm50, however they should reserve parking while do the check in and getting the pass.

    I was particularly disappointed with the attitude of the reception staff on duty. The receptionist was unfriendly, unhelpful, and displayed a lack of professionalism when handling my inquiries and concerns. As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect.
