Odors from the sewage system: this is not because of the flat itself but of the whole building system. Hint: the balcony door should stay opened whenever you are out.

Location and room was big. Got groceries shop at the lobi.
Facilities is okay but most of it is broke and not maintained. Not enough blanket for us and the towel is a bit small. Microwave is not function and some of the air conditioning is not cold.
