Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean on arrival, comfortable, and well-equipped with the essentials. The bathroom was nice, and the view was the highlight of our stay it was even better than in the photos. The beds were comfortable, although a bit short for someone who is 1.9 m tall. Housekeeping could be improved. The room was cleaned on arrival but was never cleaned during our stay, the trash was never emptied so if you have some deliveries and things on your bin, better to take that out yourself as no one was coming, and we had to request fresh towels because not enough were provided initially. Getting additional towels was unnecessarily difficult.

The reception staff should not really be rated as the hosts, as the apartments are managed by different owners. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly, which was surprising given the warm hospitality we experienced elsewhere in Malaysia. The pool is great, but it closes at 9:00 PM, which feels a bit early after spending a hot day exploring the city. Since the building has 39 floors, the pool area can also get quite crowded, making it difficult to find a place to sit. In addition, the pool towels often run out and are not replenished regularly. If you arrive after 4:00–5:00 PM, there may be no towels available, and since only a limited number of towels are provided in the room, it's not practical to bring your own to the pool.

The room was very spacious and offered a lot of things like a kitchen. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly, it was clean and I loved the rooftop pool✨🤗

Sometimes you need to wait a long time for the elevators, but it was not a big problem. There could also be some more hooks in the bathroom but it’s no real problem. It was great 🤗

Nice pool, except for the gentlemen smoking weed right by the pool and babies without swimming nappies in the pool. Security should be stricter as they sit by the pool. Gym facilities good with weights and cardio machines.

Towels could do with being replaced, a bit threadbare. Only six lounger chairs by pool. Both Cafes on-site not available, even though they were advertised as available from beginning June.

Camera was big and facilities were good. Location was not too central but easy to get to places

They only provided two towels for three people, and there weren’t any small towels for face or hair. We asked to get an additional towel, however they said they provide only two per room. Luggage storage is at a fee.
