Great location and true views of the KL skyline.

The breakfast cost 60pp, and very limited options. not worth it for that money. The common areas was not airconditioned, even walking to reception or waiting for elevator was a chore! It was not known to us the multiple agents book this building, and it was a bit of nuisance to hear from the only reception"sorry we can't help you with a second access key" or " we are only the reception not the agent" I have to say the agent was very helpful, but it was an odd arrangement for a 4star hotel. Small things like the quality of toilet paper or tissues or the un-cleanliness of higher shelves showed a lack of care and made this place look a bit cheap. But we will be back next time. It was overal a great 5 day stay for us.

Great location- walking distance to KLCC and Butik Bintang bars and restaurants. Great rooftop pool and gym. Amazing views from the apartment window over the city!

Staff never very friendly. Glad we didn’t have any issues as I don’t think they would have been helpful at all. Lifts are crazy busy - be prepared to wait a while to go anywhere. The apartment didn’t look as advertised, they were no where near as luxurious as they are made out. But for the price you cannot complain too much. The walls to the apartments are extremely thin. You can hear very clearly the entire conversation of the people in the room next to you or in our case a couple arguing until early hours! The small kitchen was so badly equipped that we were unable to use it other than to make a hot drink and put some bits in the fridge. Eg no knife to cut, no chopping board. There are many many rules that you have to follow regarding the pool, gym and the apartment that make you feel very unwelcome here. The pool only has 5 beds so whatever time you go you will never get one! It does have an onsite laundry service but quite often the lady isn’t there. One day we resorted to rummaging around the laundry room ourselves to find our clothes as she wasn’t there after we waited a long time and left the place unlocked in her absence.

Heerlijk zwembad en goede locatie!

Er stond rookvrije kamer, maar het stonk alsnog naar rook. Dit ging ook niet na 1 dag weg. De douche werd niet warm. Er was in de ochtend lang niemand bij de receptie om uit te checken.
