The room was lovely; the location was great. Amazing views. Having a kitchen and washing machine was quite handy as well.
The gosh darn lifts: there are 4 lifts for the entire building. This includes maintenance as well. Be prepared to wait until the end of time just to go somewhere. I felt like I spent more time waiting for lifts than seeing KL.
Secondly, they will not check you in a second earlier than 3 PM, and they'll charge you to keep your bags if you want to leave them at the hotel. Plan accordingly!

Amazing view of the city! Really easy to get grabs places if you don't want to walk. Room was very modern with water purifier as well which was amazing! Good facilities.
Front door to the studio is a bit fiddly to lock/unlock. Reception staff was quite blunt on arrival. Lots of small bugs around the studio but otherwise fine. Overall a good stay.

The bathroom had sewage smell.
There is a 200 RM cash-only deposit. There is an ATM in the lobby, which, of course, has a 25 RM tax when withdrawing money.
I really don't like this, and if accommodations want to ask for a deposit, I don't have anything against it, but please also accept a credit card for the deposit. Besides having to pay ATM fees for a transaction I wouldn't normally do, I'm stuck with 200 RM before going to the airport, where I exchange it at a pretty bad rate.

Always like staying at this location, would highly recommend due to the size and views from the apartment. The pool has spectacular views.
The air-conditioning didn't work, the shower was just a trickle. Advised reception, maintenance came, had a look and said he'd be back, didn't come back. Good job we had our personal fans with us.
