The room was lovely; the location was great. Amazing views. Having a kitchen and washing machine was quite handy as well.
The gosh darn lifts: there are 4 lifts for the entire building. This includes maintenance as well. Be prepared to wait until the end of time just to go somewhere. I felt like I spent more time waiting for lifts than seeing KL.
Secondly, they will not check you in a second earlier than 3 PM, and they'll charge you to keep your bags if you want to leave them at the hotel. Plan accordingly!

Good location
Terrible check in process - too few people for the numbers trying to check in. Similar it seems for checking out as signs everywhere about the problems they have. Also, staff at check in were incredibly rude - made you feel like being at school as they either ignored you or barked orders at you (and insinuating that they already told you “that”).
