KLCC VIEW,5 mins to KL TOWER

It was such a pleasant stay!! Definitely will stay here again if I visit Kuala Lumpur again :) Room was very clean and big, it can fit up to 4 adults and 1 kid. It was also equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, and also the cutlery. Best part: Staff is very helpful and nice, you can ask them everything around the clock and they would answer immediately. Kuddos for everyone!

Smooth check in, great informative hosts, beautiful apartment, extremely clean and well equipped, comfortable and the views are amazing. Really feels like a home from home. Rooptop pool is a bonus clean and magical

Nothing

1. Pool it's great( but expect no where to sit) and outside guests all day taking selfies. Hopefully they charge at least for towels? Owner should have some folding chairs for guests to use. Pool view amazing but every high rise has a pool and view. 2. Washing machine ( but no where to hang clothes) luckily we have our own drying rack 3. Location is good, close to restaurants luckily they were all kind and nice at least the ones we went to.( go to Bottega it's great) 4. Christoper was great to work with from management he fixed our hot water situation very quickly and got back to us in a timely manner

1.Communication about deposit, I understand there is a deposit but should be called incidental like every hotel does( not cash). 2.All staff not friendly at building( reception, pool, restaurant, security, people staying there) 3. Out dated apartment( bathroom ok but mold around sink) 4. Elevators( not enough to handle building size) 5. Pool chairs, lounges not enough sitting not once did I get a chair. Restaurant doesn't want you to use chairs unless buy food or drink ( which I understand. 6. Distance to KL tower not a five min walk( unless go through park but pay $10 to do so 7. Notes posted everywhere in apartment on things not to do or be fined( we were told at least 3 times while checking in) never have I've seen this usually you sign a sheet that states you agree. Not notes everywhere. If you need this then wrong guests staying.
