The location is the best thing, the staff were good.

The property needs a makeover it had definitely seen better days the washing machine cannot used for which I had obviously choose an apartment rather than a hotel

The location is nice, that's the reason I chose this apartment in the first place and that's probably the only big plus. Also, the manager/owner was responsive but the whole communication was via WhatsApp and procedure of getting your deposit back is not convinient.

The apartment was not very clean, there were stains on the sheets, there was unpleasant smell and in general the apartment we stayed in was quite used (pictures were probably done long time before), definitely not a cozy stay. The apartment is located in Ramada hotel but not related to it - you can't use it's reception service for check-in and check out - and that's the problem, especially if you are arriving late or need to check out during night/early morning. Upon arrival we got the key pretty fast but the whole communication is via WhatsApp. They collect 200 MYR in cash as deposit. In order to get it back you have to go through round of long communications on WhatsApp with the manager/owner to agree on time (we needed to check out at 5am because of the early flight, but accroding to their rules you can get depost back only between 9am - 9pm). In the end we somehow agreed and got the deposit back but the whole idea of wasting time and adjusting your schedule on a short trip because of not convinient check-out procedure is disappointing, so it could be definitely improved.
