Beautiful property! Extremely clean, with amazing décor and gorgeous antique furniture throughout. Communication was top-notch. It’s close to the city center, and getting to and from the island was easy and affordable by taxi. We visited Rome, Florence, and Venice, and this property was by far the nicest. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The manager helped us to locate parking for our oversized vehicle. The location was convenient to Venice. The unit was outstanding! The elevator was a bit cramped, but we worked through it easily enough. Thank you!!

We just experienced such an elegant “ crowning glory” to our vacation that started with a cruise to the Greek Isles and ended with Nick’s fabulous spacious apartment with gorgeous outdoor terrace and impeccable service. I love to travel, and I can honestly say that this apartment and landlord service exceeded every expecatation I had. There were 6 of us women college age on up. We enjoyed everything for only 2 days... but, Staying here was the “ crowning glory” of our entire vacation. I say this because I wanted to surprise my dear daughters who were headed back to college with a “ Italian personal Chef” dinner our last night. I shared my dream with Nick, and he caught my vision... told me he’d make sure it was “ 10 stars”!!Nick arranged everything. He found the perfect chef, and we had an incredible farewell dinner with memories for a lifetime on our last night. I hope to come back again someday. And, of course, I would ONLY choose this Venice apartment. Bravo, Nick!!
