Casa Felice is a spacious and bright apartment of 85 square meters super equipped and with every comfort. Completely restored in 2018, with 3 bedrooms, two with wooden floor, 1 bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and sink, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, entrance, comfortable terrace and private parking.
This apartment is perfect for a family of up to 9 people or a group of friends who want to visit Venice, but stay on the mainland.
The accommodation
Modern and spacious, the apartment is equipped with: oven, microwave, gas stove with thermocouple, large refrigerator 220 Lt, freezer, trolley kitchen service, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, salad bowls, tasting glasses set, decanter, glacette , kitchen robots, minipimers, pizza knives, cookware set, non-stick frying pans, cutting knives set + royalty line spoons, 3 and 6 mocha, coffee machine, coffee cups, grater, chopping board, 4 jars for coffee, sugar, salt, 8kg washing machine + dryer, vacuum cleaner, basin and detergent set, complete sets for cleaning, for washing machine and kitchen, hairdryer and courtesy set, balcony and private parking space, air conditioning, heating, armored door, 42 "full HD plasma TV and Wi-Fi, parking in the fenced yard with remote controlled gate.
The apartment is also equipped with set of sheets, bedspreads and blankets, complete bathroom towels set, 80x100 shower with thermostatic mixer, bathroom accessories, hair dryer, shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, scale, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and monoxide carbon, emergency light, mosquito nets in every room (in the residence is regularly carried out a programmed disinfestation), table and chairs on the terrace for guests who want to smoke in peace a cigarette.

The accommodation is in a strategic position to visit the cities of Venice, Padua, Treviso, the beaches of Jesolo, Eraclea, Caorle and Bibione.
They are available to guests during their stay in case of need.

Antonio, the host was amazing. Communication was great. He was always responsive and would go above and beyond to help. The place is as advertised. There's plenty of room for 6 adults, although we were 4 adults and two teenagers. The downside is that the apartment is on a third floor of a condo with no elevators! So if you're carrying 50 pound-luggages it's not going to be a good experience! The condo is residential, therefore, it comes with noise restrictions. You must be quiet in or out of the apartment. This is not a tourist location, therefore, not to many dinning or shopping options. It is, however, really close to the Marco Polo Airport, just 10 minutes! So if you looking to be near the airport this would be a great place to stay.

We were told that the apartment building had a lift. It does not! The apartment is on the third floor. As two of us have mobility issues it spoiled it for us. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped although some of the kitchen tools need replacing - loose handles on cooking ladles and blunt knives.
It was also very cold during our stay in October and the bedding was of insufficient weight and warmth.
Having said that, the building and neighbourhood are pleasant and quiet.It is a great base for people with no mobility issues and the host was pleasant and helpful.
The tram and bus were very close and ran frequently so a car is not necessary if staying in Veneta.
