About this apartment rental

A beautiful spacious apartment (90 m2) in the old fishing district of Cabanyal, lively and in the middle of Spanish life. Supermarket, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Del Cabanyal beach is less than 500 meters away. The center of Valencia is 5 km away, very easy to reach by public transport, but even more fun by bike through the Turia (the dried-up river bed that has been transformed into a beautiful, lively park).

The apartment is suitable for max. 6 people and is on the 2nd floor. It has a spacious living room with open kitchen and 3 large bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite with the master bedroom. The apartment has 2 balconies.

There are numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. But also various shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. Mercat Municipal del Cabanyal is highly recommended for daily fresh groceries.

Valencia is a beautiful city, located on the beach. The best way to discover the city is by bike. Bicycles can be rented at different locations or with Valenbisi. Public transport is very well arranged. By bus and tram you can go to the old town for € 1.50. The metro also has a very good connection to both the city center and the airport. Lines 5 (green) and 3 (red) have a direct connection between the beach and the airport. At the end of the Maritim-Serreria station you can walk to the apartment or change to line 6 (lilac) and get off at Mediterranean. From here it is a 4-minute walk to the apartment.
Free parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

Nice, spacious apartment 10 mins walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (supermarket, bars, restaurants, metro) as well. A little loud on some nights but to be expected in a well connected area. The check in process was very smooth, Nestor (the management company) were really helpful. We were met at the property by the rep, who also gave us some restaurants recommendations. Kitchen was well equipped and living/dining area had everything you need - including air con. Balconies are off the living area and twin bedroom. Bedrooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. No air con in the bedrooms but fans provided, which was manageable for our stay as it wasn't too hot. The master bedroom has an ensuite (unexpected so a nice surprise!) and both bathrooms were of a good size and standard. The water pressure was also good. Only suggestion would be to have some basic provisions (milk, bread, butter) at check in. We arrived late on Saturday and shops are mostly closed on Sunday. Overall, we had a lovely time. The location was great and a homely apartment.

We loved this property. Ana was very helpful with any questions. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. Short walk to the beach and port with nice places to eat. Metro nearby. We stayed during Easter celebrations and the apartment was in a fab location to watch the processions. Would stay here again.

The place was as pictured. The checkin was smooth (met by the rental agency rep at the door). Has everything you need to cook all the meals. Spacious. We were warned that water boiler might not allow all 5 us to take long showers, so we decreased the time and tried to spread the timing across a couple hours and it worked fine. The neighborhood is a mix, read about el cabanyal area. There are also plenty youtube videos about it. Being 2 women with 3 kids we were nervous when we arrived as the area has a high gypsy population but we decided to be vigilant and ended loving the area. It is very close to the beach, has all the shops a family needs, many bars, cafes and restaurants. The streets could be noisy till late so if you are a light sleeper bring a noise maker, close metal blinds or use one of the fans there. Make sure you visit valencia center, the great park there is a must for kids snd adults. We would come back.

The property was clean and spacious. The accommodations were as described and adequate. It was only a short distance to a grocery store and bus stops. The beach was just a short walk and there were many places to dine out in the area.

Convenient to the beach and neighborhood provides everything you need. Excellent metro and bus system which is just blocks away to get to City Center and anywhere else you would like to go. Roomy and clean with many amenities provided. We had a lovely month staying here!

Great location!

The location is great!! Exactly what I wanted. It's an easy walk to the beach, tram and metro. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby including Michelin rated Casa Montaña. The property was cozy, modern, very clean, and comfortable for me and my family. We had absolutely no problems with the property. The only thing I would suggest for visitors is earplugs if you are noise sensitive like myself. Fortunately, I had mine with me - the garbage truck stops below the window of the master bedroom around 6:30am and the upstairs neighbor listens to the TV very loudly until about midnight/1 am. I would definitely recommend the property to visitors.

Das großzügige Appartement ist sehr schön und besitzt alles was man sich von einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand, Hafen sowie Metro/U-Bahn und Busstationen. In die Stadt kommt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in ca. 20 min. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

hoewel de woning niet al te groot is, zijn de slaapkamer ruim genoeg voor 5 pers. Het appartement heeft 2 ruime badkamers, 2 balkonnen en een prima keuken. De eettafel is wat aan de kleine kant voor 5 volwasssen. Op 5 min lopen stap je op de metro naar het centrum, 8 min lopen naar het strand. Met de metro ben je in 20 min in het centrum. Het contact met Steven is zeer prettig. Ruim van tevoren ontvingen we al een mail met allerlei info over Valancia, maar ook over leuke restaurantjes.

All the ingredients are there to have a good family holiday. 3 large bedrooms, one with private shower, a well equipped kitchen. The fans reduce the feeling of heat. Superb location that allows you to go in 5 minutes walk to the beach, or to reach the tram or metro direction city center. many bars or shops at the foot of the apartment.

Het appartement van Steven en Leonie was perfect voor het doel: een uitvalsbasis naar stad, strand en natuur (l’Abufera). Flexibiliteit was mogelijk door de 6 bedden en de wasmachine. Fijne slaapkamers en een goede regendouche. De tuna-tartaar van Calamar om de hoek is al reden genoeg om nog eens te gaan. Wel wat opknap-klusjes nodig en we hebben ons geïrriteerd aan een buurman die van racefilms houdt na middernacht, maar daar kan Steven niets aan doen. Ik kan deze accomodatie aanraden voor wie de prachtige stad Valencia wil onderzoeken net als wij.

Appartement bien placé et confortable. Il manque un lave vaisselle. L insonorisation est médiocre et on entend la télé des voisins. Une chambre (la dernière au fond du couloir à gauche) est froide et un chauffage pour l'hiver est le bienvenu

L'appartement de Steven est tout à fait conforme à sa description. Spacieux, et entièrement rénové, il se trouve dans un quartier populaire et agréable de Valencia. Nous tenons à signaler la très bonne qualité de la literie, point essentiel d'une location de vacances difficile à évaluer sur photos. Nous avons apprécié les commerces de proximité avec en particulier le marché de Cabanyal. L'Appartement est proche de la plage où il est facile de se rendre à pieds environ 700m ou à vélo. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à parcourir Valencia en vélos de location grâce à ses très nombreuses pistes cyclables et à son immense parc situé dans le lit asséché de la rivière Turia . Parc magnifiquement boisé et aménagé pour la pratique de tous les sports, il s'étend sur plus de 10 km de long , véritable Central Park de Valencia.

Schöne mit Kinder grosse Wohnung. Im Eingangsbereich fehlt eine Garderobe. sonst alles vorhanden. Gute Lage,man kann viel Unternehmen,gleich am Strand.

L appartement de Steven est vraiment tres bien situé par rapport à la mer. Loin du vieux centre ce n 'est pas un problème , sauf pour sortir le soir , si vous louez une bicyclette . Les taxis ne sont pas trop chers à Valence. Le seul problème est la qualité des fenêtres durant las fallas. Impossible de dormir car la fête ( jusqu 'a 4.30 heures du matin durant 5 nuits ) se trouve juste sous les fenêtres de deux des chambres. Mais c'est aussi le problème de beaucoup d endroit dans le centre de Valence. Nous y avons passé du bon temps .
