Spacious room in quite but central ubud with nice view

Putu is the most friendly person and was very helpful and approachable for whatever I needed. The home stay had the best value for money I have experienced so far. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfy, there’s a desk, huge windows and a nice view into the lush garden or rice fields you can enjoy from your terrace. Good WiFi. It’s super quite, but only 3 minutes to Jalan Bisma. I will definitely come back. Suksma 🙏

The bathroom could be renewed, but to be honest for the daily rate, the room and everything had everything I needed and I would definitely come back.

Big spacious room. Very nice host. Nicely tucked away from the main road but still close to everything.

Bathroom floor was a bit dirty. The place was a bit hard to find.

Wouldn’t stay again

the room had a little terrace. The path leading towards the guest house is nice with little warungs along the way

the room and bathroom are super basic, I didn’t feel comfortable. Even though the room has curtains all the light comes in. In the early morning one of the staff members turned on a pump right next to my room, so I could barely sleep after that. The communication with the staff was basically not possible, due to their limited English skills. You also have to be kinda lucky that someone is there. The guest house is quite hidden and hard to find. There is no hot water. The value you get definitely doesn’t match the price! i definitely overpaid here :( For the same price or even less you get much nicer rooms. Can’t recommend.

Very nice and above the expectations

Nice accomodation and gorgeous view from the window. The hotel is near the main cafes and places but also is situated near rice terraces in quite place. The room is very sunny and big. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and ready to help. Thank you Putu!

Serene, peaceful and absolutely enjoyable!

I liked that breakfast was provided every morning so I didn't have to worry about finding food first thing in the morning. The place was very close to many bars, restaurants, and cafes, they were all just a 5-10 minutes walk away. Putu, the owner was super friendly and helpful and he gave me many recommendations!

My new sanctuary in Ubud!

The location is perfect! An easy 10 minute walk into the center of Ubud and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and spas that you don't even need to go far. Set back enough that it is quiet and feels like an escape from the chaos of Ubud. Stunning views over the rice paddy, beautiful marble terrace, spacious clean rooms, and the kindest most accommodating staff. I will stay here again!

The staff was super nice and helpful with all our needs. The breakfast was good and tasty. The place provided soap and water, wich was nice.

There were similarly named villas close and the name sign is quite small, so be careful when first reaching the accommodation!

Sabaha karşı geleceğimiz için esas planımıza geçmeden önce sadece merkezi, temiz ve güvenilir bir yerde kalmak istedik. tam bir fiyat performans oteli. görevliler pek ingilizce bilmiyorlardı (bali geneline göre nadir olan bir şey) ama anlaşmak için yeterli oldu.

tek sorun asansörü olmamasıydı. çünkü oda 3. kattaydı. fakat bu fiyata normal bence.

Отличный выбор по соотношению цена/качество

-большой светлый номер -чистый, есть кондиционер, вентилятор -большие окна, в которые видно рисовые поля (но при мне они не были посажены 🙈) облака, пальмы -есть балкончик со столиком -рядом отличное кафе warung gauri, обязательно зайдите туда -еще рядом улица bisma не такая шумная , как главные, но со всеми кафе, аптеками, магазинами и т.д.

-узкая дорожка до отеля, только на байке или пешком, но там не сильно долго идти
