Cleanliness of room
Heater was loud needs repaired had to turn off to sleep When we arrived there were 10 emergency vehicles (police/EMS) because of shooting in the parking lot. Front desk did not lock the doors, did not seemed concerned. He did however move us to a room upstairs per our request as we no longer wanted a first floor room since we did not know if anyone had been arrested or was still outside

The breakfast was good. The lovely black lady, working breakfast is amazing. I travel through twice a month, and she is incredibly professional, kind and friendly.
The front desk clerk, gave me 1 key for 3 people, she did not honor my request, and I was almost charged twice. I told her 3 times, I prepaid with booking.com, she tried to run my cash app card. Luckily I only leave so much cash on it. I had asked for ground floor( my mom is handicapped) She said no, she couldn’t find my request. She also couldn’t find my members number, but a week prior the front desk clerk was amazing and found it

Exceptional, friendly staff, great breakfast, very comfortable bed. It was my first time in Indiana and because of the hotel, I had a great first impression. Clean premises and appreciate the kindness!
