Price for the room by size.

Finding and killing cockroachs dirty stained bath, an face towels... Just gross. No breakfast. Poor personal hygiene products compared to others with very similar features rating and prices.....

Do not stay in this roach motel!

Saw several roaches in room. Some old french fries on floor easily seen but not cleaned up before our check in. The towel I unfolded to use to dry my hands was very dirty gray color in large areas. It seemed washed but looked bad. I've stayed in many Redroof Inns. This was nasty. Morning staff refused me a refund. Showed her pictures of some of the roaches and she acted as if I was making it up. But I could tell she knew it was true and just wasn't going to refund my money. I later read reviews that others have had roaches in their rooms also. I checked in late and did not realize how bad it was until morning. I can only add one picture but I have many showing roaches and other gross stuff.

My stay was adequate and only needs a few changes.

To my knowledge they didn't have breakfast. I liked the location and the price. Air conditioner worked excellent, the hot water heater worked well (no cold showers).

I didn't like the roaches in the first room. I didn't like how high the beds were, I'm 5'3" and it was extremely hard for me to get into and out of the beds. I reserved queen sized beds and ended up in a room with double beds.

Left 5 minutes after check in due to disgusting condition of the room.

Nothing! We checked in, saw the condition of the room and left to find other accommodations.

This place is so gross and dirty. There was a half used cigarette on top of the ac unit in the no smoking room we reserved when we checked in. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs in the room. After 5 minutes we left and found accommodations elsewhere, we were out the $100 but there was no way we would have spent the night there.

They will not let you stay lie to you

Nothing they didn’t let me stay. My husband has a registered service dog and they said I was on the no rent list, but I called reservation National department and they said there is no problems. I will be in contact with my lawyer!

Same as top. They couldn’t give me a reason for not being able to stay. I haven’t stayed in red roof in about 20 years! I do firmly believe it was because of my service dog! They lied and denied me service after they charged my account! I’m calling proper authorities like people from the state and reporting this place!

Good location, comfy bed, but it needs some updates.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a good size. It was a good location near the highway and a good selection of restaurants.

The room seemed very outdated. The sconce on the wall had no bulb and was almost falling off the wall. There were yellow and red stains in the bathtub.

Motel is very old, dirty and reeks of cigarette smoke!

The room was suppose to be non smoking and it reeked of smoke. It was also very dirty. We walked into the room and went right back to the clerk and stated we could not stay there. He said no problem but they did not have non smoking rooms so we left and got another motel. It was the worse motel we were ever in but I will say it looked like they were trying to remodel. July 2023

Good location.

I made my reservation on 10/5/22 for 10/21/22 and requested ground floor for my handicapped husband who struggles with stairs. At 6:00 p.m. on 10/20 the property called me and said that they couldn’t give me ground floor. I told them had they let me know before the night before I would have found another location. I told him that I had already paid and he said to call Booking, that they would refund my money. Due to the late notice and that I had already been charged we had no option but to stay there. They put us on the back side of the property that doesn’t have a parking lot. The room had no coffee pot, no hair dryer, I had to attach 6 of the curtain hooks to the rod, there was a desk with no chair, no luggage caddy, no radio/alarm clock, 3 of the four drawers were screwed shut. We’ve stayed there many times before and never had any issues. We will NEVER stay at this property again.
