Clean, everyone working there was friendly, breakfast buffet was well stocked

Spa isn't working and won't be until December 2026, was a periodic pipe-knock from either the fridge or HVAC that was at times loud in the night

Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Shower head was a tad low. Had to bend down to get my hair washed. Night clerk never told me about breakfast, where the elevator was or check out time.

The location is great. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice. The pool was nice, my sons 10 & 8 really enjoyed it. We didnt get to try breakfast, but the hootel is decent.

Not the best, but not horrible

The breakfast provided was good. The room was clean, the fridge was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was not upwardly friendly, the back door was out of service, the room key cards needed to be re-keyed a couple of times. I was there for my grandson graduation, I asked if I could bring my grand babies to the pool and was told it would be 15$ per person and if there were too many we would be asked to book another room. Could not get into pool area without staff.. treadmill in "workout" room was out of order. Best part of my stay at this location was the bed comfort and the breakfast.

We stayed for DCS court hearing for our foster children and had hoped for a nice quiet stay.

Bed was comfy and breakfast was fairly good.

The staff member who checked us in barely talked to us or explained where anything was or how things worked there. The lady just said name we gave the name then said our room number and handed us the card. The bathroom in our room was not very clean. The window was slightly open when we went in and wouldn’t close properly. The hotel lock on the door didn’t work right. Neighbor in attached room was very loud and kept banging on the wall and door between the rooms

I was very impressed with the cleanliness the queen size double beds extra soft comfortable window that opens up 3/4 I was on the third floor very quiet up here anything you wanted they would give it to you clean towels and everything daily clean your room daily if you want coffee and room for refrigerator microwave TV desk telephone you name it breakfast was wonderful sausage and eggs and homemade waffles yogurt fruit bagels fresh coffee juice cereal I will definitely come back again

Breakfast was OK (see below). Great location gave access to many restaurants.

Breakfast was typical highway-hotel disappointment, with some yellow goop masquerading as scrambled eggs, though with good sausages. No UNsweetened cereal, standard waffle machine, coffee beyond lame (fortunately a Starbucks across the street). Of course, we didn't book a health spa.

Rooms were dirty. Shower curtain was moldy. Fridge dirty. Staff was rude. Found 3 rolls of trash bags in my bed under the fitted sheet. Couldn’t get refund. Took deposit. The man at the front desk watched me and my friend swim for an hour. Beds reminded me of when I went to jail. Pillows were crunchy. They didn’t sweep the floors. Bathrooms had no toilet paper. One towel? Wouldn’t bring more I had to sneak and snag. TV didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Smelled like cigarettes. Crackheads asking for change. Public restroom trash was over flowing and smelled like a lobotomy. Let’s a pair of shoes and didn’t get them back. Had to go back to the front desk twice before I could get into my room to have key remade.

Location but nothing about the hotel.

Hallways smelled, room smelled like mold and mildew, the room was damp and so were the beds probably due to the humidity. It was so bad I brought in my beach towels and a hoodie from the car and slept on the towels and wore my hoodie to stay warm. I couldn't turn the air down to warm the room or turn the heat on. Had I not paid for the room on a booking site, I would have left...I was just too tired from driving 14 hours before I stopped. I wanted to go to sleep in the car but was nervous that someone might see me there alone. This place is nasty and filthy! Don't stay here!!
