The room was cozy and clean. After driving 11 straight ours and dealing with truly brutal traffic through Indianapolis. I was relieved to get in to a comfortable bed and have a good nights sleep. The hallways were quiet and no outside noise. Thumbs up to Quality Inn in Anderson, Indiana

Our room was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. I loved the pillows and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always polite and friendly. Check in was really fast. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the 100$ security deposit, but it was back in my account the same day we checked out. The pool and hot tub were both really clean and have been kept up. This hotel was awesome, and we will definitely stay here again.

This Hotel surprised myself and my family once we open the door. The outside was a little outdated, but the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and polite. No issues at during our stay. Thanks

Good location, and the room was “clean”. The AC made a beeping sound all night (not super loud) and the shower was really squeaky. The back of the bathroom door is damaged from water/dampness (almost looked moldy) and the tub was kinda gross with a rubber mat covering up a beat up bottom. The coffee was watery and warm, and the breakfast was very basic - no milk options and no non-sugar cereal options. I’m not a diva and just needed a bed and shower, but I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

When we came into the hotel the worker at the front desk was nice. We got a room upstairs so you can either walk the stairs or you can take the elevator. When we got inside the room it was clean and spacious. The room was nice and quiet and had a big bed. We recommend 10 out of 10.

First off location is bad, literally behind Golden Corral. It’s run down. They charged me 100 dollar deposit on card only. Site did not mention a deposit. Tv in room didn’t work, no key card for pool, literally an attendant let’s you in do to it being broken. Pool was murky. Key cards would not work to room even w replacement. Choose elsewhere

We stayed at this property in the past and I would have rated it maybe a 2.5 or 3 out of 5 then but the room we stayed in recently must have recently been updated because it was very nice! Plus it appeared there was new bright carpeting in the hallways and stairways. The only two items not perfect were the toilette paper holder kept falling out of the counter and the tub drain was very slow.

Bloodstains were on the mattress, holes in the wall, tub/shower was very dated cramped and dirty. It honestly was the perfect setting for a 70's horror film. There was a couple in the pool doing the deed, so I don't suggest swimming in the pool either. Otherwise staff were nice and there was breakfast.

The property was decent as well as the room and its conditions. The TV didn't work which is bad when you have a 3yr old that needs to be entertained. Also the shower head was oddly low at about 5ft high and being 6ft tall made that a pain in the neck literally. And here was the absolute worst thing, they had milk that was spoiled and then served it. We stay at least 20 nights a year in various hotels and not once have I ever experienced that. Absolutely disgusting and unbelievable so beware of the Breakfast!!!
