The stay there was absolutely horrible.The water did not work to take a shower . The bed sheets had burn holes all over them. Underneath the blankets with a bed was made pulled back.The covers and they're with marijuana seeds .underneath the blankets

Booked this stay through Hotels.com. Prepaid with confirmed itinerary. Upon arrival, front desk (no names given at this place) said they had not received payment on that itinerary. If we want to stay, pay for room. With snow flying and no other choice (we had our pet with us) , we paid for a room with the intent of squaring up with Hotels.com when we returned home the next day. Seeing both room charges on our card, we also called our Bank Card fraud department. After speaking with the fraud dept., we called Hotels.com and got confirmation the RRI had indeed been paid. Hotels agreed to call the RRI to square the matter whereby the clerk stated he did not charge us for the room. Enter the fraud department. They called RRI and three-wayed us in with a lady clerk who kept saying she did not understand. When asked for a manager, she said he will be there at noon. Fraud agreed to call back at that time. We called Fraud a little after noon and they three-wayed us back with RRI. The phone was answered three times and immediately hung up. Fraud decided to try one more time around 2:00pm. We called fraud back a little after 2 and they Three-wayed us once again with the same results as before on two tries. On the third try, the manager answered and after questioned, stated that he did not over charge us and that Hotels.com was a third party and we'd have to take it up with them. When fraud began to explain we had talked with Hotels.com, the manager hung up. They are being investigated

Nasty! Cockroaches on the walls and on the bed! I had to cancel the last 2 nights and I didn’t even get my refund yet!!

Room was ok, noticed some large bugs crawling around the desk/mini fridge area. Main issue was a domestic dispute outside our door that lasted several hours overnight- not sure if it’s the best area.

Pet friendly but had roaches coming out of the AC unit, smelled so musty, couldnt use the phone to call the front desk. Never again.

As soon as we walked into the room I noticed cockroaches running to hide, the floors had crumbs and dirt, bed sheets had stains and holes, the shower did not have a curtain. The hotel is very outdated and they need to update at least the bedsheets. I stayed because this was the only hotel closet to my destination. I had to use my own sheets. The staff was friendly and I understand it may not be their fault but come on please do better with cleaning.

Not flexible, and did not get refund. I miss one night because of my tire pop in the freeway.i try to move it for the next day. And now I paid for a night I didn’t use and paid again for the next night .to much back and forth red roof says because third party reservation and expedia says talk to the manager their.. Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a good review for this property. For one, the room was not cleaned. I will include photos showing it. Two, the shower did not have hot water. The manager claimed that the room had a brand new boiler, but asked that I wait at least an hour and try to shower again. An hour later, I tried the water again. It ran kind of warm for less than 30 seconds. Then back to cold water. My husband ended up checking us out, and we left. As we were leaving, my husband noticed the lock on the door was not installed properly, and when tested, didn’t work. We did eventually end up with a refund, however, we did have to fight for it, as they only wanted to give a partial refund because I was in the room for four hours (only stayed as long as I did trying to get the water in the bathroom to warm up!). I will never stay at a property owned by Red Roof again, lesson learned!

Absolutely disgusting room. It was not clean at all. Old cigarette burns on the bed sheets and blankets, yellow film on the pillows, and from what i could see on the bed skirt looked like male semen all over. So gross. I would recommend that no one ever stay at your hotels unless they want bed bugs or an unclean room.

It's a nice hotel. I had to get it at the last minute. It served it's purpose for one night stay. The whole building just needs some tender love and care. Update some things. Other than that it's not bad really.

Someone stole things needed for my disability, I know this because I took precautions that even if I dropped it from my bag it would be clustered with other things, a “broken” Apple Watch charger, IPhone Charger, and my Cochlear implant Charger with spare rechargeable on it. The only thing left was the Apple Watch charger (untangled) because they thought it didn’t work. I asked the night worker if he could check the cameras, they said no unfortunately I had to wait for the MANAGER to get there, understandable but need that for my disability, I am deaf. called the police, very helpful, even stayed to look while I went into the room, they went to the office to try and look at the cameras, told the same thing, have to wait until the morning. Went in the morning, asked if anyone turned anything in, “No”, I asked if they looked at the cameras “I did soon as I came in, I didn’t see nobody pick it up, trust me nobody was there”, explained to him this was a very expensive thing on my part and I needed it for my disability could you show me for my peace of mind that no one took my things, “unfortunately can’t do that, trust me no one was by your car and took any thing, no one went near it” Asked him so no one for any reason at all went near the car, to their cars by mine? “No nobody went near it I watched the cameras and rewound trust me nobody there” he rewound the cameras? he would have had more to tell me cause trust ME, there were. Never Again, Go somewhere else. Trust me.

Gap between door, chain lock, horrible smell, AC was very old, smashed in on exterior side, very antiquated, quit working 1130pm i was so exhausted from traveling, I would not have the energy to call and request abother room. Miserably hot. Told day desk manager AC went out. He said Im sorry. 2 other customers also told me their AC had issues, also. Never going back there!

Towels and bedding stained up, not sure the sheets were even changed before we arrived. TV was going out, Fridge in the room, but no microwave, light bulb missing, so went to get one and then the light didn't work at all. Beds need updated for sure, they were so hard and uncomfortable.

I stayed in the Red Roof Inn in Richmond, Indiana and it was really nice. So I was pretty disappointed that this one didn't like up to those standards. Overall it wasn't terrible but not great either. The towels weren't neat or organized, there were cracks in the wall and the place just had a grungy look and feel to it. Also one of the bedspreads had a cigarette burn in it. One other thing was that the shower head was so high up the wall, like it was custom made for someone who was 7ft tall.
