Het behoud van de oorspronkelijke stijl van het huis, zonder in te boeten aan comfort.
Het linkse raam van kamer 4 kon niet worden gesloten, waardoor tegen de ochtend wel wat storend lawaai naar binnen kwam.

Very quick and nice communication with the host, super nice and friendly people, we got few good advices on what to see in Gent and overall the interaction was very pleasant. Our plan was to spend time in Gent and you can reach it within 30 min if you are travelling by car. Pets are welcome, the building is a historical villa from 1905 with nice details. Close to the church square with a bakery, a pizza place and a small supermarket, there is also a market on Tuesdays about 200 meters from the place with bread, cheese, fruits, fish and meat etc.
You need to be prepared to have the very old house with respective comfort level - street sounds are coming through the windows, the sockets are wobbling. We were three people in the room and the single bed was not particularly comfortable, we also just got 2 coffee cups for example and 2 sets of towels, like this would be a room for 2 persons only. It was not very clean in the room either, the cups we also had to clean before using.
