Fantastic location close to everything one might want in Covent Garden. Clean. The kitchen has everything one might need (Tesco express is about 100m away).
The sofa bed is quite bad - very uncomfortable. The smell of the weed (apparently ppl smoking in the church garden behind the building) was creeping into the bedroom sometimes making it a bit awkward.

Location, location, location!
In the heart of Convent Garden, on a no-traffic street, 3 min to subway station Piccadilly line.
You can’t beat this!
Comfort needs much improving: the mattress bends in the middle and you can feel the coils, the sofa bed is made of (synthetic?) leather and the sheets slide under you when you turn, the blinds don’t shut off the light, there are heaters but there is no air conditioning (it was unbearable in hot summer days, like we experienced)
The carpet could use a wash.
In general, the apartment is low value for money.
