Loved the location

Bed is a little lumpy

Fantastic location close to everything one might want in Covent Garden. Clean. The kitchen has everything one might need (Tesco express is about 100m away).

The sofa bed is quite bad - very uncomfortable. The smell of the weed (apparently ppl smoking in the church garden behind the building) was creeping into the bedroom sometimes making it a bit awkward.

It’s the best location, safe and clean, absolutely remarkable staff, easy to communicate and very very helpful, many thanx!!! Great neighbourhood, restaurants, entertainment, all walking distance ! We definitely will be back!

Nothing, all is very good! Just a remark , it could be convenient with shoe horn.

Location was excellent and convenient to transportation. Two fans were provided. The unit was spacious enough for two adults and two children. Windows on the front and back provided a cross breeze at night as there is no air conditioning.

The refrigerator was full of rotten food when we arrived and it smelled awful. I called the number provided but was not able to get in touch with anyone. I also emailed the contact, but did not receive a response. We cleaned it out and carried the food out to the public trash cans down the street, but it still smelled. There were long hair clumps all over the carpet when we arrived. The sheets provided for the couch were stained There are no screens on the windows which meant that flies and other bugs came in during the night.
