Great location with all the amenities you need for a longer stay. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with baggage storage until our apartment was available. Great communication on the day of arrival.
Very difficult to find fault but the rooms at night (stayed at the end of August) were stuffy but the french doors that opened up to the little balcony moved air quickly in the mornings.

We loved that it was just so different to our normal living arrangements and the little balcony and the situation of it.
I felt I really missed a dressing table in the bedroom, there was only a slatted tiny table so make up went everywhere and drawers for unpacking would have been good, although I realise the storage squares in the closet could have been used for this. We also needed some extra pillows but there didn't seem to be any in the apartment. My partner and I struggled with the mattress as the springs could be felt through but again, this could be us rather than the bed itself.

The location was incredible, in the heart of Covent Garden. Very spacious apartment.
The only downside was there was no air conditioning, but I realise it’s not normal to need it in London. We just happened to be there during a rare hot few days. The portable fans worked well.

Amazing central location for Covent Garden, West End, and some great shopping.
Unreliable elevator that has seen better days. Access to bedrooms is via a very small spiral staircase - which an able bodies person needs to be careful with; it’s entirely unsuitable for small children, elderly, or physically challenged. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding has seen better days. During hot weather, this top floor apartment gets very hot and it does not have air conditioning; although fans were provided.
