The apartment had everything we needed. It looked better in reality than on pictures. It has a good design. It was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen had all equipment and enough plates/glasses. Perfect location, both for shopping or eating out.
The communication with the staff wasn’t always flowing well. The lights at the staircase didn’t work so it was a bit scary walking up and down (I am not an elevator person however there was an elevator). We would have appreciated more than one key as we were 5 adults staying.

Amazing central location for Covent Garden, West End, and some great shopping.
Unreliable elevator that has seen better days. Access to bedrooms is via a very small spiral staircase - which an able bodies person needs to be careful with; it’s entirely unsuitable for small children, elderly, or physically challenged. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding has seen better days. During hot weather, this top floor apartment gets very hot and it does not have air conditioning; although fans were provided.
