Kula London - Covent Garden Maiden Lane

The location was great! The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were nice. The staff is extremely communicative and helpful. They also allowed us the check-out late without an extra charge.

Unfortunately, we arrived during a heat wave and the property did not have air conditioning. This isn’t the fault of the company, but there were double windows and cords on the windows restricting how far you could open them (only 3-4 inches), so we were able to get any air flow through the apartment at night. They should consider purchasing air conditioning units. Also, when we arrived, the sofa bed was not set ups bc we did not recieve it until the next day, which meant that my daughter had no bedding. They did refund us for the entire extra charge that we paid for this though. I feel this apartment was overpriced.

La losa no estaba para la cantidad de personas que se arrendó el departamento, escribí y llevaron más pero aún así no cubría la cantidad de personas, la lavadora al funcionar aparecía un ruido grande molesto no normal cuando uno lava el resto impecable

It was well presented, clean and spacious

The property was advertised as the Orchestra loft, and the pictures showed a rooftop apartment with full length doors leading out to small outdoor spaces. There ceilings were pitched, as you would expect in a ‘loft’ apartment. So I was somewhat surprised to be allocated a first floor ‘loft’ apartment in a four story building. No outside space. No small print to say that the photos are representative and not the actual apartment that I was staying in. It is very misleading to use the word Loft if it isn’t and to have photos of an apartment that I would not be staying in - not as advertised
