Que está en desniveles y tiene solo 1 baño y no está dentro del apartamento, no hay elevador y la entrada al edificio está muy sucia

The location was amazing! Could not have been better. Lovely apartment, clean, big, bright and comfortable for couple days stay. The staff were very polite when contacted and allowed us to take the keys from 11.30 which was very helpful.

It didn’t have an iron like stated. We contacted them twice asking for one urgently as we were there for work, both times they said they would bring one but never did. Also for the first 24 hours there was a very loud beeping sound coming from the electricity box in the hallway, and I had to contact them three times and insist on them sending someone to look into it as I felt it was dangerous before they did.

The flat was goegeous with high ceilings large windows with an amazing view. Perfectly located in a desirable area. This brought more beauty and comfort than higher priced hotels we visited during the same trip. Being so impressed with the place we extended our stay for an extra night. Thank you

The apartment was OK but there are significantly better apartments on Booking.com for the same money.

Check in was a nightmare from the minute I pressed the Book button. The property doesn't provide a payment facility where you can do two factor authentication so each time the payment was declined. They eventually sent me a link to pay that suggested a £300 deposit was being added. The link wasn't very straightforward. Check-in was slow.... sign in via a Portal, upload passport pictures for guests etc... very longwinded. I didn't receive check in instructions until making around 6 calls to request them. I arrived at the apartment at 8.00pm as advised and didn't gain access until an hour later due to delays giving me the check in details. I missed the show I was in London to watch as a result. In summary, whilst the apartment was OK, the property owner could have done a lot more to make the check-in simpler, easier and less hassled. I booked the apartment around 10.00am the morning of the stay - I received over 16 emails in the course of the day but no check-in details.
