Ubicación excelente, de fácil acceso y comunicación con los lugares turísticos.

En verano, después de caminar y turistear todo el día, quieres llegar a casa con un ambiente fresco. Quizás para otra época sea ideal, pero en verano, no fue confortable por la temperatura. (Un ventilador pequeño). La ducha permite que salga o se filtre un poco de agua en la zona del baño. Éramos 4 personas y nos pusieron dos toallas grandes y otras pequeñas. Surtido de jabon y shampoo (frasco pequeño). De resto, bien. Limpio y presentable.

Sehr gute Lage, grosse Wohnung, gute Einrichtung

Teppich im Wohnzimmer war nicht sauber, Badezimmer könnte sauberer sein, Schlafsofa nicht optimal, jedoch ok.

Gute Ausstattung, zentrale Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen.

WLAN war defekt. Wir haben dann das Nachbar WLAN nutzen können

The apartment was OK but there are significantly better apartments on Booking.com for the same money.

Check in was a nightmare from the minute I pressed the Book button. The property doesn't provide a payment facility where you can do two factor authentication so each time the payment was declined. They eventually sent me a link to pay that suggested a £300 deposit was being added. The link wasn't very straightforward. Check-in was slow.... sign in via a Portal, upload passport pictures for guests etc... very longwinded. I didn't receive check in instructions until making around 6 calls to request them. I arrived at the apartment at 8.00pm as advised and didn't gain access until an hour later due to delays giving me the check in details. I missed the show I was in London to watch as a result. In summary, whilst the apartment was OK, the property owner could have done a lot more to make the check-in simpler, easier and less hassled. I booked the apartment around 10.00am the morning of the stay - I received over 16 emails in the course of the day but no check-in details.
