Communication with staff was excellent, professional and friendly. Location can’t be beat. Flat is bright, well ventilated and came with most necessities.

Flat could use some TLC, Large water marks on the walls, scuffs and stains, light switch knobs in the sitting room come off when turned, and lights that don’t turn on. One Bedroom Window and the sitting room balcony door locks are broken so neither can be secured shut. Carpets in the bedroom were quite stained and marked.Hallway lights in the exterior corridor of the building did not turn on in the evening when exiting the lift which feels slightly unsafe and proved difficult to unlock the front door in the dark. No hangers provided for the closets and sofa cushions do not stay in place so you slide off when sitting on the sofa.

The best location in the center of London. Lovely, and cozy apartment perfect for couples. Really great amenities and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. TV with HDMI for connecting your laptop :(

There are a few very minor things like: lack of full sized mirror to check your outfit before going out, and quite small bed which is due the size of the room. I am 186 cm and it was manageable without a problem. :) the Wi-Fi was actually very slow; however, it was not a problem for us.

Apartment is really nice and pretty spacious. Lovely location right by Covent Garden. Within walking distance of alot of attractions

Check-in wasnt great. Waiting around for an hour and a half with children and luggage. E-mail notifications need updating. When leaving we checked under the beds and realised they had not been cleaned properly before we had arrived.
