This beautiful apartment is truly best-in-class, located within a handsome period building overlooking the historic Lincoln’s Inn fields square. It oozes sophistication and style, with fresh interiors and innovative - yet timeless design throughout.



The Space:

The living area includes a seated sofa area, writing desk and dining room table that seats 4 guests. From here, connecting glass doors open up to the impressive kitchen that features an island with additional breakfast bar seating. There is a guest bathroom adjacent to this area.



High-spec appliances come as standard, with built-in Miele oven, microwave, induction hob, fully integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and under-counter wine cooler. There is also a Miele freestanding classic tumble dryer and washing machine.



Both bedrooms in this luxury apartment have 4K TVs, extravagant wardrobes and additional seating. Both enjoy en-suite bathrooms with majestic frameless glass - one with a rain dance shower, and the other with a shower-over bath.

A truly 5 star location in Central London. Lincoln’s Inn is perfectly placed in the cultural centre of this magnificent city of London, undoubtedly one of the capitals finest addresses and garden squares. The building is on the West side of the square, overlooking magnificent trees, some tennis courts, well maintained lawns and a restaurant, but also affording itself a feeling of complete privacy and exclusivity.



Getting Around:

This apartment is only a 2 minute walk to Holborn underground station, providing quick and easy access to the wider delights of the capital.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via stairs, the lift is currently out of use. This is a single level apartment.



In-built air conditioning is available in this property. WiFi is available in this property, however due to the age of the building speeds are restricted.



Pets are permitted at this property on request for an additional fee of £60 per week. Housekeeping will take place weekly for guests staying 14 nights or longer. Additional cleaning and/or linen changes on request are available for a fee. Please speak to the team to arrange this.
