Covent Garden 2BR - Urban Chic Apartment

The washing machine drain was blocked so we had to manually drain the washing machine to finish the load. The showers were so hot they could not be adjusted or used.

Midden is het bruisende centrum maar in een auto vrije straat. Dus je hoort vrijwel niets.

Paar gebreken maar prijs kwaliteit was prima.

The location was great, the beds seemed clean and were very comfortbable. We loved having a kitchen and laundry. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms so we didn't have to share with our son.

Things that the host could not control - the area could be quite noisy at night. We did not know ahead of time that the flat was the third and fourth floor of the building and we would be doing a lot of walking of stairs. Things the host might be able to control - We are not from the UK and had no idea how to operate the front door lock, so we were anxious and frustrated with getting in. The instructions could have been clearer. The wifi was slow and we needed it for flight check in etc. The dryer didn't work. It might be nice to have instructions. There were instuctions in the flat telling us to leave the keys on the table, which we did, but I think we were supposed to put them back in the lock-box. There should not have been contradictory instructions.
