It was clean and comfortable. We were so happy to have fans after our days sightseeing, everything we could have wanted was supplied.
Great location .
I did struggle with the keypad, that was a me problem as I had never used one before.

Amazing location, nice size, stylish decor, a really fabulous place! We stayed on a Friday night for a theatre trip and it was perfect - right in the heart of everything with hardly any traffic noise and really not that much street noise either! Will definitely be booking again!
We stayed during a heatwave and there was no aircon - I wouldn’t normally expect aircon in a UK apartment but it was incredible hot inside (+27c degrees). They did provide 2 electric fans and front and rear windows meant you could create a breeze but in +30c outside temperatures nothing but aircon was really going to do the job.

Location was fantastic! Felt safe, lots of options for shopping, eating, people watching.
The apartment was not air conditioned, so we had to leave windows open. And it got pretty noisy sometimes, even through the night. The hosts provided a second fan upon request, which made everything much more comfortable.

Location and amount of space
The heat was unbearable in the main bedroom. It was 20 degrees hotter than the floor below. 10 degrees hotter than the room next to it. Fans provided were not enough.
Mold growing in the washing machine
Every morning woke up to the crashing of bottles being collected by the garbage pickup
Not enough dishware. There were perhaps 3 bowls, 4 large plates and 4 small plates.
Ice trays were impossible to remove the ice from
So many stairs (not advertised) to have to carry luggage up.
