Location - all major attractions within walking distance.
Quietness - although sitting in the middle of everything the street and the apartment is surprisingly to our delight quite.
Inside the apartment - comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses, fresh linen, nice deco with a bit Brithish hint, well equipped kitchen though we only boiled water and made tea.
Other - elevator works fine.
There were garbage bags piled on the street when we were there. I guess it's a London thing. The hallway past the front door leading to the elevator needs a freshenup but don't be discouraged. Once you walk into the apartment you forget all about it.
As a reminder not a complaint I would like to mention that the living room/dinning room/kitchen area could feel tight for more than four persons. Also the tub is quite deep. It could present as a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Fabulous location in Covent Garden less than a 5 minute walk from the station. Instructions for arrival were very clear and we had no problem finding the flat. Thanks for a great stay!
Only negative was the pillows. Personal preference (of course) but they were too hard for us

Plenty of communication and fast responses to any questions. Instructions to get in made it easy and there's a lift. Comfortable beds, plenty of good towels and hot water, good WiFi, no excessive noise. Fantastic location close to many theatres, supermarkets, restaurants and tube stations. We were a family of five and the space was ok for us although the single bathroom required some coordination.
