Plenty of communication and fast responses to any questions. Instructions to get in made it easy and there's a lift. Comfortable beds, plenty of good towels and hot water, good WiFi, no excessive noise. Fantastic location close to many theatres, supermarkets, restaurants and tube stations. We were a family of five and the space was ok for us although the single bathroom required some coordination.

Exceptionally clean. Modern colourful and tasteful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Only problem was the lack of good heating. Very cold. Communication with management excellent. Walking distance to Covent Garden and theatres.
