The location of the apartment was perfect. We were minutes from tube stations, restaurants, shops, and a Tesco Express was across the road. Communication with the letting company was easy with quick response. We used the Elizabeth Line to get out to Heathrow, an easy 10-minute walk to Tottenham Court Road with a suitcase each, an added perk. I would stay there again and would recommend it without hesitation.

The only caveat I have is that the stairs were quite steep and narrow, not quite a spiral staircase, and some people may find them difficult to navigate, particularly with suitcases, and you would need to watch younger children on them. They were well-lit with hand-rails and I never felt unsafe.

Good location near Covent Garden underground. However the Piccadilly line seems closed more often than not over weekends….

Very noisy pub accross the road. Kitchen cupboard doors are falling off their hinges.

Central location. Close to all shops and restaurants. Cozy and charming apartment. Two floors. Soap dispensers in all toilets. Lots of cabinet storage space. Towels provided.

Upon arrival, we were not provided with the key safe code, despite repeated attempts to contact via email, phone call, booking chat, and WhatsApp. We had just completed a 2 hour airport process followed by an 8 hour flight, and a 1-hour taxi ride—with two young children. Arriving at night, exhausted, and being left stranded without access to the property was deeply distressing and completely unacceptable. At check out we met another family who was unable to enter their apartment. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ACCESS CODE A DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. Till today we have not been refunded the full amount for the first night. Apartment entrance and steps are too narrow. Doors are heavy to open. Kitchen cookware is overused. Floorboards in the living room and kitchen are not flat/some dips. Street noise can be heard inside bedrooms. Furniture wear and tear visible.
