Central location. Close to all shops and restaurants. Cozy and charming apartment. Two floors. Soap dispensers in all toilets. Lots of cabinet storage space. Towels provided.

Upon arrival, we were not provided with the key safe code, despite repeated attempts to contact via email, phone call, booking chat, and WhatsApp. We had just completed a 2 hour airport process followed by an 8 hour flight, and a 1-hour taxi ride—with two young children. Arriving at night, exhausted, and being left stranded without access to the property was deeply distressing and completely unacceptable. At check out we met another family who was unable to enter their apartment. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ACCESS CODE A DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. Till today we have not been refunded the full amount for the first night. Apartment entrance and steps are too narrow. Doors are heavy to open. Kitchen cookware is overused. Floorboards in the living room and kitchen are not flat/some dips. Street noise can be heard inside bedrooms. Furniture wear and tear visible.
