Since there was a problem with the boiler, we went to a different place on Rathbone Place that was excellent. I appreciated how quickly the issues were communicated and new accommodations arranged, which met my needs. The location in SoHo was perfect. The on the ground manager was helpful and efficient. Elevator was super and AC very effective - key during a heat wave!

when we landed, we were told there was a leak in our original booked place and the manager Dalton was able to secure us a new apartment in a different neighborhood. His communication was outstanding and he greeted us at the door. Though the neighborhood roadwork was under construction. we were still walking distance to everything which was ideal. The only negative was the en suite bathroom shower and toilet were down stairs and it was difficult to control water spilling on the floor from the shower and tub. Otherwise the apartment was great for four people.

We unfortunately didn’t get to stay in the VRBO we originally booked due to a water leak. We were moved to another property last minute, which didn’t have air conditioning and was only available for one night of our three night stay— something we weren’t told until after we arrived. This made the whole experience stressful and inconvenient, especially since we had plans during the day and couldn’t be dealing with moving accommodations again.Dalton was helpful in moving our luggage to the new place for the last two nights, which we appreciated. The second VRBO itself was fine, but the situation as a whole was very poorly handled. We were told we’d receive a refund for one night because of the inconvenience, but that still hasn’t happened despite multiple follow-ups. We have not heard back from the property manager on the refund. Overall, a frustrating experience that could have been managed much better.
