A beautiful sea view villa on the fabulous scenery just a few meters from Chia beach known as Dune di Campana.
The villa is in a unique position between the Mediterranean, the sand dunes and the golf course.
Framed by a stone facade, there is a veranda with large windows of the house, shielded from Sardinian curtains: an exceptional location for al fresco dining! front of the large garden available.

The two bathrooms finished with quality materials have a special large shower.
The kitchen, furnished with specially designed and made by local artisans is a small and functional communicating with the living area and facing a comfortable and airy patio where a practical laundry area is located.
The garden of the house communicates with the patio at the back where the outdoor shower is present.
Private parking lot near the house is available to guests of the house.

a very nice beach holiday home. The path to the beach leads along a beautiful oleander path. The perfect accommodation for a beach holiday. We really enjoyed the holiday and will definitely book again. Thank you very much.

Cercavamo un posto incantevole lontano dalla confusione del turismo di massa ed il COVID e così è stato. Posizione della villa spettacolare, immersa nel verde ed a due passi dalla spiaggia.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile, Margherita (la proprietaria) e Massimo (servizio clienti) si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi su tutti i fronti. Consigliatissimo 5 STELLE meritatissime.
