Le lieu. C’est isolée en pleine nature à la vue des montage. La villa a un potentiel architectural et peux se développer avec une piscine comprenant coin transat avec parasol ⛱️, grâce à son espace extérieur énorme qui mène de la grille à l’entrée de la maison. Un chemin qui pourrait mener à un abrit de voiture contre le soleil. Bref y’a du potentiel mais cela a un coup d’investissement énorme mais sur long terme, très rentable et permet à la villa de monter en catégorie.
Les pommeaux de douche 🚿 sont trop « radins » en jet d’eau. Ils faudraient les changés. L’eau n’est pas potable non plus donc gênant mais pas non plus très grave. Les matelas devrait être plus récent, ou sommier à changer mais encore une fois c’est viable.
