THE SEA HOUSE OF THE TORRE DI CHIA
For your holidays, a spacious and comfortable rustic house a few meters from the beach, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, but also a furnished veranda, two balconies and a small laundry corner.
The house is part of a group of 4 villas immersed in a Mediterranean maquis park and a huge carpet of green lawn ... which reaches the beach less than 100 meters away.
The large living room leads directly to the veranda overlooking the park, surrounded by fig, oleander and tericci plants with the scents of myrtle and lentisks ...
The veranda is equipped with a large table, sunbeds and a pleasant outdoor shower to cool off when you return from the sea!
Ideal for your relaxation, but also for the sense of freedom that this large space gives you!
The view of the greenery, where you can read lazily, lying on the lawn while your children play ... Ideal for families, but also for groups of friends, as a retreat for an inspired artist, in the wonderful atmosphere of Chia.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a view from the balcony on the large lawn or towards the Chia tower.
The living room is furnished with bespoke Sardinian handcrafted furniture and decorated with the colors and themes of the sea: blue, sand, fish, shells, boat-shaped lamps that are about to set sail, with a diffused light for pleasant summer evenings!
The brand new bathrooms are made with traditional Sardinian ceramics and the showers are made to measure with natural stone, comfortable and spacious.
The rooms are bright and spacious, each with air conditioning and these are also furnished with the restful colors of the sea, blue, sand, bright white. The details of the curtains and decorations are handmade, with a design that follows the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship revised in a contemporary key.
The beach on which the houses overlook has the colors and transparencies of the famous sea of Chia ... beautiful in the early morning or evening at sunset; long walks to the tower or the flamingo lagoon, with your feet immersed in the water and the colors and scents of the sea on your face.
Near the house there are the main services, two markets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a bar. Within a few kilometers, the square of shops and evening shows, pharmacy and clubs for dinner or an aperitif.

We were a couple looking for a quiet and relaxing stay near a beach. The house was clean and spacious and enjoys private access to a wonderful beach. Our only reservation about the property which enjoyed excellent air conditioning was the size of the kitchen and the shortage of comfortable chairs to sit in the evening. It can accommodate up to 8 people but there really isn’t comfortable seating for more than 3 adults. Margarita the host was very welcoming. The house offered very good value for money.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay here and really enjoyed the beautiful coastline and easy access to several stunning beaches. The beach just a couple of minutes’ walk from the end of the garden was particularly lovely — a real highlight.The house felt comfortable enough for our family. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, two good bathrooms, and the generous supply of clean towels. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the holiday letting company were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.A few practical additions would have made things easier — we had to buy a new gas lighter for the hob, there was no kettle (which caused some panic as a Brit!), not enough bin bags and only three dishwasher tablets were provided. The dishwasher itself was also very noisy. A few more basic utensils (like proper cereal bowls) would also have been useful.Some of the fittings are a little tired.The beds were on the firmer side, and plumper pillows would have made them more comfortable. A couple of proper outdoor loungers would have been a nice touch.The house is at the end of a terraced row, and we were the only guests during our stay — which made it especially quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the calm setting and access to such a beautiful stretch of coast.

What a fantastic location! You can see the sea from the comfortable bedrooms and the beds were the comfiest weve stayed in in Italy. House was clean and well equipped. Massimo was very helpful and didnt bat an eyelid at our late arrival due to a flat tyre. He was very accommodating. The beach was beautiful in April. Few tourists and warm sunshine. The sea was cold but crystal clear. Flamingoes flew over the bay at dusk each evening. The local bar and supermarket were a five minute walk away with fresh Sardinian products. Food at local restaurants was delicious. A ten minute drive West brings you to some truly stunning scenery and sandy bays. We only wish wed stayed longer!
