Dokonale strategická lokalita, jen kousek od pláže, přitom je tu klid. Velký dům se spoustou prostoru, parkování ve dvoře. Starší dům, vybavení není úplně moderní, ale vůbec to nevadí, má to svoje kouzlo, jak na prázdninách u babičky. Venkovní rolety. Klimatizace v horku nutnost, i když v noci trochu hlučnější. Krásně zarostlý prostor před domem, jako v pohádce. Zahradní sprcha ideální při návratu od moře - nenosí se písek a sůl dovnitř. Příjemný majitel.

Excellent accommodation 100 m from the beach in a quiet dead end street. Parking directly in the garden of the villa. The villa has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and two terraces surrounded by oleanders. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday, including beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a restaurant nearby. A small market is about 300 m away in the campsite. A large supermarket is 2 km away. The villa was clean, the beds comfortable. The owner was very pleasant.

The house had spacious, comfortable beds. Very clean. At the house, a wonderful garden. The sea was very close. The kitchen is well equipped. I liked everything. We relaxed very well. Recommend!

This property is very well located for easy beach access. It is spacious and has a nice herb garden that provides shadow during the hot days. The bedrooms have air conditioning and there are blackout blinds.
Unfortunately, we can’t recommend staying here. The owner seems very interested in taking the (high) rent for the property but not bother properly maintaining the house.
There is no dishwasher and no hot water in the kitchen. The chopping boards and kitchen supply (pots) were very used/unhygienic. It would have been easy to renew them, but it wasn’t deemed necessary. During our stay there was electricity missing unannounced for almost one day, the kitchen sink flowed over as it hadn’t been properly maintained and the WiFi didn’t work until I requested it (although advertised in the description), as the owner didn’t pay for fast WiFi until prompted. The cupboard drawer in one of the rooms almost fell apart when pulling it out....
The owner was generally responsive but didn’t genuinely seem interested in helping us. He also promised to refund for the missing electricity which despite various reminders he hasn’t done yet. He even got rude.
We are a family with 3 small children and this was our only annual holiday. The events above were stressful for us and although we loved the proximity to the beach we can’t recommend visiting the property based on our experience. We’ve showed the owner a lot of goodwill and still no apology to date and no compensation.
