The property is on different levels, with each having its own benefits, eg closest to pool, high level terrace and very comfortable seating and view, very large room and outside space.
The pool was cleaned daily, and very comfortable new looking quality sunbeds and relaxing cushion seats. The garden had a huge and extraordinary wall which lizards really enjoyed as well as humans.
There was plenty of private space which helped with relaxation.
Quality showers and toilets and perfectly working plumbing. Additional bedding eg blankets and pillows to suit everyones' needs. Two washing machines, dishwasher etc were good to see.
Several outdoor showers, all of which worked really well for refreshing near the pool, or washing off sand.
Any queries were dealt with promptly and cheerfully by the owner Franco who lives close by. He waited at the property for our arrival, so no trying to locate the key safe..
Good choice of local restaurants, a couple we walked to - Galinelle and Mirage, and one we drove to Interna- beach side restaurant La Pineta with wonderful fish and very friendly thoughtful service. Food was really good everywhere.
Choice of sandy beaches and view of wild flamingos was brilliant. A few minutes drive but easy to park.
Enjoyed a day in Cagliari too which is 45 mins drive. If shopping is your thing, this is where to do it. You can also easily take boat rides from the port. If you like sport, swimming and bigger cafes with facilities plus lovely beach, then Poetto is 5 mins drive south from Cagliari. Worth a day trip.
We are very familiar with mainland Italy, and Chia Sardinia has a more local cultural feel with slower pace and simple chill out.
A few more tools in the kitchen to help with cooking. Plenty of pans, just a bit more cutlery and baking trays and small bowls would be good. Maybe some thin cushions on the dining chairs.
Parking is on a slope, so just need to be sure of good parking practice with this!
A short written guide for property users would be helpful.
Beach toilets tend to be in the parking area eg the beautiful Su Guideu beach. (Didn't stop us from having fab swimming, sunbeds, brollies and drinks etc). Good boardwalks across sand if you're a buggy user.

The Villa is exceptional in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The Host Franco could not do enough and promptly supported us with any queries or support. There is enough space to accommodate the entire family and the bedrooms are large and spacious. Décor, furnishings and facilities are clean & modern. Would definitely come back in the future! Villa is walking distance to the local market and 3 or 4 very good restaurants. Beaches are only a 4km drive away. Excellent overall location
At this stage, I can't consider anything to be of any concern or issue! As we were self catering, the local market is expensive and you are some way from the larger Supermarkets on offer in the Region. My advice is that when traveling down from the Cagliari airport, call in to do some bulk shopping en route!

10/10 for absolutely everything! Franco was an amazing host, super friendly and kind. The villa was even more stunning in real life, very clean and spacious with a beautiful yard and pool. Great for big groups.
