The villa, in the area of services and golf, is just over a kilometer from the main beaches of Chia.
It is surrounded by a soft lawn garden that borders the HEART-shaped swimming pool !!!
On the stone veranda a large truss is the frame for your breakfasts, or aperitifs or dinners outdoors ...
The furnishings were organized following the theme of the colors of nature, which inspired the choice of materials, such as wood and stone, but also of the contrasts between the brown of the vegetation and the bright white of the Mediterranean houses. The reference to the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship is always present, although interpreted in a contemporary key.
The brand new house is divided on two levels by an external ramp in order to create two separate areas (for example a guest area). The two areas of the house have direct access to the house from the street level in order to avoid internal stairs to the house. Each level has its direct access.
The west part on the garden and swimming pool level consists of three bedrooms with double beds (which can also be arranged as single) 2 bathrooms, a large living kitchen where there is a large sofa which, if necessary, can accommodate 2 more people .
The east level consists of a large living room with a cellar area for aperitifs and snacks, with a fireplace and a large central daybed.
A large room with double bed and private bathroom, a games room where two sofas / bed are also arranged, also with a bathroom and large shower.
The house has its own parking space in a private garage and a laundry room.
It is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi.
A super welcome is always organized for guests, from the moment of arrival until departure, ensuring that they are looked after and pampered throughout their stay!

This was our first visit to Sardinia and we chose Chia as our location as it’s within a fairly easy drive of two locations we needed to get to for a wedding.
Villa Bianca was a superb choice: spacious; comfortable, a lovely garden and pool; beautiful views, and only a few minutes drive from several superb beaches. Perfect for our group of 7 - and still room for more!

We selected this villa because of its location to the Spartivento …. We had a wedding to attend. It is the perfect location …. Close to everything and has all the amenities you could want. I would definately stay here again!

Die Villa ist toll gelegen. Alles war sehr gut.
Leider hat die extrem lange Zeit (20 Tage!) bis zur
Rückzahlung der hohen Kaution von 800 € den
Gesamteindruck getrübt.

Die Villa liegt auf einem Villenhügel in direkter Nähe zur Hotelanlage Chia Laguna und einem Golfplatz mit gutem Blick auf die tollen Strände und der Lagune mit den Flamingos.
Die fast neue Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet im sardischen Stil, tolle Accessoires und Deko und alles sehr sauber und schön hergerichtet. Toller und sauberer Pool, Ende September haben wir ihn noch gerne genutzt und haben uns in der Villa auch sehr wohlgefühlt.
Beim starken Regen haben wir festgestellt, dass bei der Terassentür das Silikon am Glas fehlt und auch durch die Fenster trat Wasser durch, daher sollten die Holzläden bei starken Seitenwind und Regen unbedingt geschlossen sein.
Ausstattung:
Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, Teller, Besteck und Gläser sind ausreichend für 6 Personen. Waschmittel, Läppchen und Putzzeug waren vorhanden. Toll wären andere Pfannen/Töpfe, an denen das Essen nicht kleben bleibt. Die Spülmaschine lief einwandfrei. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im unteren Stockwerk, wo sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung befindet, die bei größeren Gruppen dazugebucht werden kann.
Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts in der Villa eingebrochen. Einen Safe gibt es leider nicht, so dass Wertgegenstände gestohlen wurden. Das trübte unsere Urlaubsfreuden an den restlichen Tagen ziemlich. Ein Safe soll aber nachgerüstet werden beteuerte die Eigentümerin Margharita. Sie und die Kontaktperson vor Ort, Massimo, waren sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Massimo stand für Rückfragen zur Verfügung und kam auch kurzfristig in die Villa, um zu helfen den Diebstahl bei der Polizei zu melden.
Umgebung:
Die Villa liegt in direkter Nähe zum großen Hotel Chia Laguna. An mehreren Abenden gab es Konzerte und Shows, die weit nach 11 Uhr beendet wurden. Die längste Party ging bis 3 Uhr morgens. Die Musik von der Bühne des Hotels breitete sich über den gesamten Villenhügel aus. Es war für uns als eine Familie mit Kindern sehr störend, da wir uns einen eher ruhigen Urlaub gewünscht haben. Margharita versicherte, dass das Hotel nur bis 23 Uhr die Shows laufen lassen darf und dass sie sich beschweren wird. Wir beschwerten uns ebenfalls direkt im Hotel, das brachte allerdings nicht viel. Daher kann ich das Hotel eher an feierwillige Gäste empfehlen, in dem Fall kann man von der Terasse der Villa quasi mitfeiern.
Einkaufen kann man in der Umgebung in 3 kleineren Supermärkten, eine Karte liegt im Haus. Auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants finden sich in der Gästemappe.
