A heat pump makes it possible to use the pool year-round—a real bonus during the early and late seasons, when the weather isn’t quite as nice or the outside temperature isn’t high enough to warm the water sufficiently. The house is located on a cul-de-sac, with only two other houses beyond it, creating a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. From the shaded terrace, there’s direct access to the modern living room with large panoramic windows facing the ocean and the pool. The two-part living area features a dining area next to the kitchen and a cozy relaxation area with a TV.
