About this villa rental
Located in the beach village “Porto Columbu”, at less than 400 meters walk from the sea, the newly renovated villa is organized in two levels of approximately 100 square meters each, and is surroundeds by a beautiful private garden of about 1000 square meters.
The villa offers:
- 4 spacious bedrooms (three at the second floor and one at the ground floor),
- 4 bathrooms with shower and bidet (two at the second floor and two at the ground floor),
- a double bright living room with a big fireplace,
- a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave)
- silent air conditioners in each bedroom
- two external barbecues
- mosquito nets in each window
One of the bedrooms upstairs has a private bathroom and a small terrace. All the bedrooms have a double bed except the one at the ground floor, which has two single beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.
There are two outdoor patios in the garden. One, near the kitchen, is equipped with a big brick barbecue, whereas the other patio has a big (10-person) table where you can eat outdoor sheltered from the sun. There is also a second barbecue in front of this patio.
The villa has free WiFi and 3 private parking spaces.
The property is 34 km from Cagliari, 3 km from the city of Pula and 1 km from the port of “Perdʼe Sali”
The nearest airport is Cagliari-Elmas. A private, paid airport shuttle service is available upon request.

We had an amazing holiday with our two families. The house is big enough for two families, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean and the garden is perfect for sunny days with also enough shade. Daniele and michela were excellent hosts, who made it super easy to check in and were flexible with a late check-out. They were even kind enough to buy an extra baby chair for our two small babies. Definitely recommend!

Daniele was a perfect host, very flexible and communicative with great recommendations for places to visit and eat at, as well as supermarkets to go to. The beaches within walking distance were simple but perfect with a toddler (especially as the house came with all the necessary equipment for the beach!), and within 30 mins there were some incredible beaches nearer chia. The house was tidy and Very comfortable with lots of space and even though it didn’t have a pool the outdoor shower was able to provide welcome relief from the heat! Highly recommended

The house is easy to find, well equipped and comfortable. Parking is on site. It is about 5 minute walk to a good sandy beach which is much, much better than it looked on Google Street view. Pula is 2 to 3 km away and the nearest town, where there is lots going on - restaurants, bars, music & supermarkets. Its better to have a car to get around the area. Cagliari is only 30 minutes drive away and is great to visit too. You can hire boats by the day at the local marina to explore the coastline. The hosts were attentive, welcoming and helpful, I asked a couple of questions before our trip and they were answered quickly and in detail.
