About this villa rental
Villa Alba is a unique villa situated only a few steps away from a wonderful sandy beach with shallow and crystal waters, which makes it a safe and relaxed place for children and parents to enjoy. Villa Alba is a stylish property that offers a wealth of superb facilities which includes : a stunning private pool, spacious terraces and a 3000sqm park with english manicured lawn and selected plants and flowers. The villa features a wide panoramic porch and a wooden covered terrace, equipped for outdoor dining. The inner garden is an element of great charm, developed as a functional and innovative component it gives brightness inside the house. The fully fitted Italian brand kitchen is decorated with fine styled designed tiles.
The villa offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms: an ensuite double bedroom, two twin rooms, a double bedroom, a room with bunk bed and two bathrooms with shower (ideal up to 9 adults or 8 adults and 2 children). One of the bathrooms is accessible only from the garden. A further outdoor shower is found by the pool. All the bedrooms and the living room, are equipped with air conditioning/heating.
Only within short walking distance the guests are able to reach Genn'e mari beach as well as a well furnished supermarket with local products, a coffee bar, a restaurant/pizzeria, a newsagent, a boutique, an ATM machine.
Spending the holiday at this Villa it will definitely guarantee all the comforts needed within walking distance, by allowing the guests to have a relaxed and unforgettable time in Sardinia.
Inside the village ( at 500mt ) there are tennis courts, a football court, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground for children etc.
Dozens of stunning beautiful coves can be explored by car or hired boat, while the tur-quoise clear waters provide excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities.

Each tenancy requires a final cleaning/linen fee, payable on arrival (€ 300)
The rate includes garden and pool maintenance, gas, water, electricity * (up to 110kwh weekly), internet, TV and bed linen (sheets and 3 bath towels pp)
One cot and one crib are included in the price. A second cot/crib is available at an extra cost.
Recycling policy: garbage must be recycled following on site instructions. I'll be available throughout your stay to answer any of your requests or questions.

We loved the location and the villa. So close to a great beach, local supermarket and bar/restaurant. We only used our hire car once in the week. I would have given 5 stars but there is a problem with mosquitos which I know is beyond the control of the owner but if we had been warned we could have brought repellant and more suitable clothing. Also the garbage collection information was wrong. The fridge struggled to deal with the heat.

Everything was great. Property big, nice pool, kitchen well equiped, big garden with lot of space for whole family to relax and have some space. Getting garbage to certain locations its tricky, would be easier, if we didnt have to deal with it.. Only thing we were missing was more options to eat out and try some sardinian quisine and fresh fish. We didnt find any restaurant with fish of the day option… other that that great vacation!

Villa was great and worked very well for a family. Wonderful beach is only a 3 minute walk away (beach has shallow incline and works brilliantly for young children). Local amenities also include a great restaurant and useful supermarket. Villa has large grounds and outdoor space and the veranda worked really well for relaxing. Villa has all the equipment and facilities that you would expect. Would recommend for a family / large group.
