Situated right on the waterfront, the villa offers a panoramic view of the gulf. Its prime location provides a unique and breathtaking panorama. Nestled amid the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, in the peaceful setting of the village of Porto Sa Ruxi, the villa is equipped with all the main amenities and combines an eco-friendly exterior architectural style with tasteful interior design. Spacious and suitable for any type of stay, whether in summer or winter.
Spanning 150 square meters over two floors, plus outdoor areas, the villa features four bedrooms, accommodating a total of 8 guests (2 double beds, 1 double sleeper sofa, and 2 twin beds), plus 2 additional beds (1 double sofa bed). A crib and a high chair are also available for guests. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, toaster, espresso machine, and gas stove. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine. Everything in the villa (children’s toys, beach umbrellas, detergents, tennis rackets, a barbecue, etc.) is available for guests’ use. The house also features a small, reinforced safe. Bathroom linens (hand towels and bidet towels) and bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and blankets) are provided and included in the rent. The villa has Wi-Fi internet access.
- WHERE? The property is located just a few meters from a cliff that slopes gently down to the sea and is situated in Porto Sa Ruxi, a private village (a condominium shared with the owners of the approximately 100 villas there) 6 km from the town of Villasimius.
The beaches—three coves of fine sand—are easily accessible on foot in five minutes and overlook the stunning stretch of water that is part of the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area.
The village features a multipurpose sports field (tennis, soccer, and basketball) and a swimming pool.
The villas are completely surrounded by greenery thanks to an eco-friendly architectural style unique to the entire area. It’s the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, beaches, crystal-clear waters, and fresh air. But what other activities are available? In the Villasimius area, you can enjoy a variety of tourist and recreational activities. At the marina, there are numerous tour operators offering coastal tours by boat. Land excursions are available on horseback (Tanka Equestrian Tourism Center) or by mountain bike. Golf enthusiasts can test their skills on the 18-hole course at the Tanka Golf Club.
