Located in a residential area characterized by peace and quiet, the villa is nestled among other villas in a very tranquil and little-known area of southern Sardinia, just 30 minutes from the Cagliari Elmas International Airport

. It is spread over two floors with a view of the garden, green lawn, and gazebo—a place of peace and relaxation—and is laid out as follows:

On the upper floor, there is a charming attic with a wooden roof, used as a sleeping area with two sleeper chairs and air conditioning, a window with a screen, and glass doors leading to the veranda.

The garden, approximately 350 square meters, is very beautiful;inside, there are granite rocks that form natural sculptures
We’ve also built a gazebo with a thatched roof to provide shade for a large table that seats 10.
Outside, there are wicker armchairs, lounge chairs, and a small sofa to fully enjoy the garden’s tranquility.
At night, the garden is illuminated, allowing guests to dine outdoors and enjoy the cool evening air.
The garden also features a barbecue for grilling and preparing wonderful fish and meat dishes.
When you return from the beach, you can also take a shower in the garden, where privacy is ensured by a thatched roof. The shower has hot water.
The house is very comfortable, recently renovated, and ideal for multiple families who enjoy spending their vacations together.
The beautiful beach, just a few meters from the house, is easily reached in a few minutes; it’s a public beach with white sand stretching for several kilometers.
The sea is safe—there are no currents—making it suitable for children.
The southern coast is sheltered from the mistral wind and currents, making the sea safe.
Please note that linens are not included in the rental price, but you can reserve them and have them delivered to the house. Utility usage is billed based on meter readings.
