A spacious, luxurious villa nestled in the greenery of Poggio dei Pini, ideal for families and groups of up to 8 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation in southern Sardinia.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool for their exclusive use, spacious green areas, relaxation areas, an outdoor dining area, and private parking on the property.
The villa is strategically located for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, including Chia, Tuerredda, Nora, and Porto Pino. Cagliari International Airport is about a 25- to 30-minute drive away, making it easy to travel to and from the property.

The villa is nestled in the green hills of Poggio dei Pini, overlooking the Gulf of Angels.
The villa’s design—one of the first built in the Poggio dei Pini area—bears the signature of the engineer who envisioned it as a family home. The villa, surrounded by a garden spanning over 2,000 square meters and rich in typical Mediterranean flora—such as juniper, myrtle, arbutus, mastic, and cork oaks, is strongly characterized by architectural elements that were extremely innovative for the time, featuring spacious open-plan rooms, high ceilings, and large glass surfaces; it stands out for its sinuous geometric shapes, which make it unique.
The interiors—the living room, dining room, Stanza Del Camino, Stanza Tonda, Stanza Verde, and Stanza Di Su—along with the furnishings, preserve the distinctive features of the 1970s, complete with original and iconic pieces.
A private pool with an adjoining sun deck was recently added so you can enjoy your vacation in privacy.
