Abbiamo trascorso 12 notti meravigliose a Villa Marita e ci è rimasta davvero nel cuore.
La villa è spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con gusto, con vetrate che offrono una vista mozzaafiato sul mare. La piscina è un vero toccasana di giorno e un luogo incredibilmente rilassante di sera, un punto di forza della casa.
Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo gli ampi spazi esterni e il barbecue, dove abbiamo potuto fare delle splendide cene. La posizione, su una collina all'interno di un parco privato, regala una tranquillità assoluta, anche se per scendere al mare è necessaria l'auto. A pochi chilometri di distanza si trovano spiagge paradisiache che vale la pena esplorare.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Serenella, la nostra host, che è stata incredibilmente disponibile e gentile, accogliendoci con gesti di benvenuto molto apprezzati.
La villa è dotata di ogni comfort e non manca davvero nulla per un soggiorno perfetto. Consigliamo vivamente Villa Marita a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza indimenticabile in Sardegna!!!

Die Villa ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Es hat von Anfang bis Ende an nichts gefehlt. Der Service war mehr als perfekt. Es wurde immer sofort geholfen und man konnte sich zu jeder Zeit melden.

The owner Felice & his local representative Serenella were charming, helpful and responsive. We were greeted with a house gift, a very handy beach tote-bag per room, a selection of wines, local specialities and 2 personalised cooking aprons. The host also provided for us a baby-chair & a cot. A good start to the week.
Then we saw the view of the sea & what a fantastic view it is. Looking South East towards Sicily, fronted by an infinity pool, the almost panoramic vista is wonderful & what really made the house very special was what I have named, the "Star Deck". This is an area at the back of the house and at night, it's the place from which to wonder at the Milky Way and/or the moon. A useful addition there would be a double hammock.
The house lies within a large gated community at some 140 meters above sea level, a 10 minute drive from the nearest beach. The villa itself is very well built with high specs & the living spaces are airy & comfortable. Its architecture style is modern & maximises the use of floor-to-ceiling windows which means views are a-plenty. The kitchen is modern & well equipped & works efficiently even with a full house. The 4 bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms are comfortable & well appointed.
There is an indoor & outdoor living room, a BBQ as well as a pool shower. The pool is not particularly deep but that is actually fine especially if you are there with children. There is outdoor covered parking for 2 large cars but it does take some manoeuvring about to enter & exit the property if you have SUVs.
The house generates hot water from solar panels at the back but these are not intrusive and each room has its own AC controller which means you can control each & turn them off when not needed; I was also able to access the fuse panels to turn off all outdoor garden & pool lights at night.
This is not about the house but worth mentioning:
There is also a rubbish and recycling disposal area at the entrance of the community although this closes at noon. The nearest supermarket is a good 20 minutes away.
